A Message to our Patients about Coronavirus

Our priority at SmilePerfect Deerfield is to provide an experience that promotes the health of our patients and employees. As professional health providers, we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely. According to the most recent information from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC), for most of our patients, the immediate risk of virus is thought to be low.

We want you to feel confident when visiting our practice. We have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning procedures as well as instructed our team to take many additional safety precautions within our office.

Additional Safety Precautions:

1. Surgically Clean Air purification units installed throughout the office in order to minimize ambient pathogens
2. Disinfecting common areas, door handles and surfaces at minimum on an hourly basis
3. Providing hand sanitizer prior to procedures as well as at check-in and check-out
4. Screening for symptoms and exposure history of both team members and patients
5. Checking body temperature and O2 levels of all patients and staff
6. Encouraging sick team members to stay home and asking our team to limit travel
7. Wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure everyone is safe
8. Installing sneeze guard barriers at our reception desk
9. Purchasing and utilizing new aerosol reduction technologies during all patient treatment
10. Posting CDC good hygiene instructions in all operatories and waiting area

With these additional safety precautions in place we will continue to see patients safely. We encourage any patient who is experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19 to call us so that we can conveniently reschedule your appointment. Our team will work with you throughout this process.
